IYAGNY Practice Corner – April 2018
As part of our celebration of Guruji’s centennial, we continue with the IYAGNY Practice Corner. Each month a series of asanas (poses) will be featured and accompanied by short videos containing basic instructions.

This month we are continuing our celebration of B.K.S. Iyengar’s Centennial with a new IYAGNY Philosophy Highlight. This April, the theme is Brahmacharya or Continence.
