The Iyengar Yoga Institute of New York Kids Yoga After School is back in-person this Fall! Classes will be taught by James Murphy, Tori Milner, and Kevin Allen.
Children ages 7-12 discover the connections of their body, mind and breath through yoga in the Iyengar tradition, practicing postures from the most basic to the most challenging in a joyful, fun, supportive environment.
- Monday 4:00-4:45pm, In-Person
- Trial Class: September 16
- 10-Week In-Person Series: Monday, September 23 to Monday, December 9
Pricing:
- Trial Class: Free of Charge
- 10-Week Series: $250 per Child

- September classes will be held in the West Village at 227 West 13th, 2nd Fl, October onward classes will be held at 150 West 22nd St, 2nd Fl.
