This progressive, 3-week series lays the foundation of Iyengar Yoga and presents the basic postures and actions you will be taught in Level 1/Beginner’s classes. We encourage beginning students to take each online class live online or in-person to connect directly with the teacher and receive live-guidance. Therefore, Beginner’s Series are not recorded.

Senior Teacher and student of the Iyengar’s since the 1970’s, Firooza Razvi from Mumbai will join us once a month for a two-hour class, including Asana or Pranayama combined with a lecture on core principles of the yoga philosophy.
